Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we only keep your email address and sign-up date, to send you news about the Rendeux Trail Experience. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

Partnership requests

If you send a partnership request, we keep the details from the form (company, name, email, phone, website, message) to handle your request.

Contact form and guestbook

If you write to us via the contact form, we keep your name, email, phone number (optional) and message, only to reply to you. If you leave a review in the guestbook, your first name, town or club, rating, comment and optional photo are published on the website after review; you can ask for them to be removed at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing us at hello@rendeuxtrail.be.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. A single cookie remembers the language you chose.

Data hosting

Data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase and Vercel, Frankfurt region).
